Interesting.. ha3x.. I was writing on a distributing phase of JSX a few days ago. But i was TOTALLY wrong.
On Thursday, JSX is like a wild horse flying high... NGEJOSS.. thats how they said that down there...
Interesting tho, that i am capable of reading some significant bullish movement, but short is bad..

btw, I am forced by my bro who just gotten his B'berry pearl in dubai to get a google talk on my pc... haha.. after yahoo and msn plus skype, i have google talk now.. i wish i can just get everything into a single stupid messenger.
Lucky my pda IM+ messenger can handle almost all .. so i need not to have a headache to install one

I was a fool when i was in ozzie not to travel the whole country , a heaven for backpackers. Obviously, i am a lone ranger when i travel. I enjoy having male companion, but just try to try having female companion for travel. one day , want it or not, i must have one.. so .. anyhow.. hahaha

3. Thailand, Bangkok and Chiang mai By Train (14hours) and Bus (11 Hours)

5. Ho chi minh or Saigon, Vietnam, no Hanoi yet.. will add it very soon!!

6. Australia, Melbourne and Sydney.

7. Jakarta indonesia, sad, the only one i have ever been to.

Distribution at JSX?

-Watch the graph above. at an opening half an hour, the volume is up and its up more than 50 points withing the next 2 hours, its slowly going down.. up abit and another down.

- In most people mind, "Dow was up +100point ... more than 100 points", JSX getting a bit "CHEAPER NOW"... he3x. isnt anyone want you to think like that?

-Then comes the rampage on forum, yesterday whose witness the 100 point up of JSX may not yet getting the bargain. What to worry,... hehe, buy buy,.... ANTM, PGAS, tins target price is still far... OIL lower, healthy. ...

- Then comes the courage and the "bargain" soul.

-Watch this.. Beautiful isnt it. All is equally distributed. nothing is significant in the buying of the brokers. While how can dow up 100 points and JSX sliding "slowly"?
- a curious mind would start to ask ... is it distributing?? try to go forum and check how many broker start to publish good news and target points.. he3x.. a spices to attract more goats into the food..

- I warned people near me hold, do not buy. altho i would suggest sell, i wont do so as Regional cannot hold their gain as well.
it can be up tomorrow? yes... but i think its distributing point,.. they will slowly increase the retail investor appetite while distributing the share holding of big broker house.
- I can be wrong.. as not much confirming status yet. but keep ur eyes real close to screen.

Again , do not get me wrong. I have Imac... with Tiger installed and still lovin it. if works seamlessly, smooth and it doesnt cause me a hell of a headache unlike most windows pc.
But once it is fucked.. it is just fucked and i just have to reinstall everything.
It happens once in a year or so during the OS upgrade, its an old pc, so its understandable that often might happen. It seldom happen therefore, i am tolerable towards this old man.
Currently i've been using Toshiba qosmio which i still love and love and made me change my mind to convert to mac. I will instead going for linux in the very near future.

My wording

It is actually really easy actually to read someone's personality, job and interest. You need no talent or any dracula ceremony in order to be able to do so.
Basically, the easiest way and which you can train yourself is through analytic thinking is to analyze "other people's word".
Why certain people say "down in value", some says "depreciation", so "less value", why is it down not less? are they the same.
Tonight before i went to sleep, i realized that i have been typing 2 title of my blog with 2 interesting words , "appreciation and depreciating asset".... well they are not related with each other ( i mean the article)....
why am I using the word? simple, i have been reading a hell alot of financial terms and i'm unconsciously have been incorporating it in my life.

Appreciation to Karate Club

Well,

I guess our Karate Club will have a very long break of 3 months from now till end of February.

There is a chance as well that i may not be able to join the training next year, but i do wouldnt miss a session if i can make it!

The last karate training session was a good drainer for me, a long project week at our Lab yielding a quite satisfying ASRS system on our report, presentation and demo on last thursday. (u dont wanna know what it is hahaha, PM me if interested :p )

First of all, I would like to thank Our karate CnS officer, Alyaa... with her help, we can enjoy a nice lunch during our AGM (thx to singgam for managing the food) and Saturday's diner at shogun.

Thank you for everyone who has support and has enliven our Karate club, both from Sunway and Monash club.

Big big thank you for our sensei , and tony together with our senior who has given me so much to learn during this years. I was no better than any of you when i started, well, if you are not genius, the only way to go , is hard work isnt it?

Thank you for always allowing me to piggy back the ride to darmansara and brickfield training he3x.

And well, some of our adventure is the best i have ever had in my life and the food are always good with all of you during travel... and the adventure is always something awesome.

Good food and great adventure is what is making up most of life IMHO hahahaha......

Oh yea, i'm dragging u all to Kinabalu again,... coz i aint dead yet before i get to that top remember me saying ("This is the first time i felt like being the greatest loser of my life") hahaha....

Well, Tony be eatin big in my homie soon, wish sensei can join on Feb when i possibly return..

Anyhow, to sum up, thQ for making the experience feelin like family, at least for me =)

Btw, to other member that i have not had the sufficiently adequate seconds to get to know you,... it has always been a great experience to know everyone of you.

I plan to spend my summer holiday in China to improve my mandarin for 2-3months right after my exam. If you happen to fly to china, do buzz or sms me (my phone is active anywhere around the world =),

What am I doing wrong?

Okay, I'm tired of beating around the bush. I'm a beautiful

(spectacularly beautiful) 25 year old girl. I'm articulate and classy. I'm not from New

York. I'm looking to get married to a guy who makes at least half a

million a year. I know how that sounds, but keep in mind that a million

• Is there an age range I should be targeting (I'm 25)?
• Why are some of the women living lavish lifestyles on the upper east side so plain? I've seen really 'plain jane' boring types who have nothing to offer married to incredibly wealthy guys. I've seen drop dead gorgeous girls in singles bars in the east village. What's the story there?
• Jobs I should look out for? Everyone knows - lawyer, investment banker, doctor. How much do those guys really make? And where do they hang out?
• Where do the hedge fund guys hang out?

I read your posting with great interest and have thought meaningfully

about your dilemma. I offer the following analysis of your predicament.

Firstly,

I'm not wasting your time, I qualify as a guy who fits your bill; that

is I make more than $500K per year. That said here's how I see it.

Your offer, from the prospective of a guy like me, is plain and simple a

crappy business deal. Here's why. Cutting through all the B.S., what you

suggest is a simple trade: you bring your looks to the party and I bring

my money. Fine, simple. But here's the rub, your looks will fade and my

money will likely continue into perpetuity...in fact, it is very likely

that my income increases but it is an absolute certainty that you won't

be getting any more beautiful!

So, in economic terms you are a depreciating asset and I am an earning

asset. Not only are you a depreciating asset, your depreciation

accelerates!

Let me explain, you're 25 now and will likely stay pretty hot for the

next 5 years, but less so each year. Then the fade begins in earnest. By

35 stick a fork in you!

So in Wall Street terms, we would call you a trading position, not a buy

and hold...hence the rub...marriage. It doesn't make good business sense

to "buy you" (which is what you're asking) so I'd rather lease. In case

you think I'm being cruel, I would say the following. If my money were

to go away, so would you, so when your beauty fades I need an out. It's

as simple as that.

So a deal that makes sense is dating, not marriage.

Separately, I was taught early in my career about efficient markets. So,

I wonder why a girl as "articulate, classy and spectacularly beautiful"

as you has been unable to find your sugar daddy. I find it hard to

By the way, you could always find a way to make your own money and then

All payment goes through internet banking and alot of stuffs to learn.

So, returning back, that i get the master room way before i even step at KL.
I have a wonderful housemate that it is unfortunate that they smoke. after about 8 months
2 of them decides to move out to other unit which they can smoke freely. and 2 brother and sister replaces them.
After 4 months, i initiate to take over the whole condo on my own by approaching the agent and owner.
never to do this, this idea allows me to save 100 ringgit/month and 150/month now on my own rental (basically it goes to my pocket hehehe)
over a year, it is a profit of nearly 1500 in a year... not bad for doing nothing more than collecting rental.

Trying for next half year with no luck finding a condo to rent out for income... but

Well, on July, after learning how to handle a condo and a contract and to approach negotiate. Opportunity comes.
I move FAST.. real fast with my younger brother, with our wonderful team work, we secure a deal
RM3550 rental/month ( i believe higher ever rental in Lagoonview ever paid)
We work hard, smart and fast... in about 5 days ONLY we have tenants filling the Unit and about 15 other people looking for room afterwards
WOW, supply is very limited. Demand is HUGE!

Well, currently we are making 250/month,.. soon my younger brother will be making 300ringgit/month passive income ++ for the next 2 years fix contract.
First month is a hard work, lots of things to do, catch up and paper work.... after 2 months, its just a visit once a few days...

Well, you need no capital to make money, you need not to buy a property to rent it out... ha3x,... imagine
to get 300 ringgit/month i need 100,000 ringgit in Fix deposit in malaysia (3.25% per year FD interest)

Well, now, with my experience managing new unit and reputation well preserved within the agents managing 2 units
We are ready if ANY opportunity arrives.
currently a healthy 400 ringgit/month flows... I plan to INHERIT more to my younger brother

But, remember this,.. it is not about the money..
you can always find the money,
but your preparation on contract, negotiation details, background check
how good is your team,... will differentiate yourself
in malaysia it takes 100,000 ringgit++ to make 400/month in FD,
this asset worth 100,000 ringgit!!
