Yes, Education Counts!!


I wrote this email to both of my brothers a few weeks back after stock market rebounds from the black August recently,
Note, that there is 2 ways to build wealth, one is through Capital gain and the other is through cash flow.

OMG, JSX is breaking 2500 marks, ASX breaking 6700 marks, Hangseng and SHANGHAI never GOES DOWN
It has been 5 days that Hangseng n Shanghai been hitting RECORD HIGH EVERYDAY...
Are they crazy?
Dow is now on a journey to break 14.100 marks and create a new high soon expected.

Well,
Always as always,
when people make money, and they see they are "in the money" (profit), they will go greedy.
Holding beyond the reason why they buy and not selling beyond their greed ego.
They have gotten the idea "I am right" this time!!!
I know how to do it!!! I am right!!

if you do, give me statistic then. if your statistic is just above 50%,
we will just have to increase the frequency of your trading to make more money right?

Long time ago, before i arrived in KL, i made a deal over a phone and email to acquire a room in Lagoonview Condo when i was in Ozzie.
All payment goes through internet banking and alot of stuffs to learn.
I bet 99% students whatever their major is would not know ways to do fund transfer overseas
lets do a test,
What is the difference between, draft, TT, western union, and other method of transfer?
this is an easy question, i havent ask you the fund transfer regulation on each country yet... he3x....

So, returning back, that i get the master room way before i even step at KL.
I have a wonderful housemate that it is unfortunate that they smoke. after about 8 months
2 of them decides to move out to other unit which they can smoke freely. and 2 brother and sister replaces them.
After 4 months, i initiate to take over the whole condo on my own by approaching the agent and owner.
never to do this, this idea allows me to save 100 ringgit/month and 150/month now on my own rental (basically it goes to my pocket hehehe)
over a year, it is a profit of nearly 1500 in a year... not bad for doing nothing more than collecting rental.

Trying for next half year with no luck finding a condo to rent out for income... but

Well, on July, after learning how to handle a condo and a contract and to approach negotiate. Opportunity comes.
I move FAST.. real fast with my younger brother, with our wonderful team work, we secure a deal
RM3550 rental/month ( i believe higher ever rental in Lagoonview ever paid)
We work hard, smart and fast... in about 5 days ONLY we have tenants filling the Unit and about 15 other people looking for room afterwards
WOW, supply is very limited. Demand is HUGE!

Well, currently we are making 250/month,.. soon my younger brother will be making 300ringgit/month passive income ++ for the next 2 years fix contract.
First month is a hard work, lots of things to do, catch up and paper work.... after 2 months, its just a visit once a few days...
Good money good money hehehe
Well, you need no capital to make money, you need not to buy a property to rent it out... ha3x,... imagine
to get 300 ringgit/month i need 100,000 ringgit in Fix deposit in malaysia (3.25% per year FD interest)

Well, now, with my experience managing new unit and reputation well preserved within the agents managing 2 units
We are ready if ANY opportunity arrives.
currently a healthy 400 ringgit/month flows... I plan to INHERIT more to my younger brother

But, remember this,.. it is not about the money..
you can always find the money,
but your preparation on contract, negotiation details, background check
how good is your team,... will differentiate yourself
in malaysia it takes 100,000 ringgit++ to make 400/month in FD,
this asset worth 100,000 ringgit!!

EDUCATE YOURSELF! Money will follow its master NOT the SLAVE OF MONEY.
